We provide direct financial assistance to families of children with life-threatening illnesses or life-altering injuries.

03 Adoption Assistance

We help families overcome the financial hurdles of adoption so they can unite with a child in need of a loving home.

Cash’s Story

The Cash Scanlon Phillips Foundation started in 2007 when Foundation founders Page Phillips and Tess Scanlon-Phillips received the fatal diagnosis that their 3.5 month-old son, Cash, had Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
